Retail buyers shipping to Louisiana addresses are required to pay 9% sales tax. Louisiana dealers and wholesalers purchasing for resale may provide LA Sales Tax License Number for sales tax exemption. All La. dealers must provide signed blanket exemption certificate. Signed copy will be used for all future purchases.

TERMS OF PURCHASE

All items are priced in US dollars. Purchaser is responsible for handling and shipping charges. Actual handling charges and insurance are shown for each item. Shipping charge estimates are provided for customer convenience; purchaser pays actual shipping charges. Items are shipped same or next day after payment is received. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks, or bank cashier's check. Checks are protected by CrossCheck.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS

The Antique Collection guarantees the authenticity and stated condition of all items purchased. We attempt to fully identify, describe and disclose all facts for every item we sell. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for full refund of the purchase price with the following conditions:

Purchaser must notify us by e-mail (sales@antiquemainline.com) or phone (225.926.1121) within 3 days of receipt of item that the item is being returned and state the reason for the return.

Item must be returned to us within 10 working days from purchase date via insured UPS or Federal Express. Insurance must be at least the amount of the purchase price with loss payable to The Antique Collection. No returns will be accepted via US Mail.

The returned item must be in exactly the same condition as was originally shipped. (We photograph all items and two sales associates examine condition prior to final packing and shipping.)

Upon receipt of returned merchandise as described above, we will refund full purchase price (shipping costs not included) .
